Refund Policy
• If the trip is canceled more than 7 days before the scheduled departure time, the cancellation is considered acceptable and does not entail any money.
• If the trip is cancelled more than three days before the scheduled departure time, the cancellation will be accepted, and the amount will be converted into credit that can be used on future trips for the same season.
• If the cruise is cancelled less than three days before the scheduled departure time, a fine of 100% of the trip value will be imposed.
CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER (STORM ADVNTURE):
• In case the trip is cancelled by the organizer, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
• If the trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions or natural disasters, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option to avail similar services or receive a full refund
