Meet at the starting point, quick introduction, and preparation to begin.
4:00 PM – Start of the Hike
5:00 PM – Return to Camp
Welcome reception, light refreshments, hot drinks, and an introduction to the program.
5:30 PM – Group Art Activity
A simple hands-on activity (drawing / collaborative artwork)
We kick off the year with positive energy.
6:30 PM – Group Games & Activities
7:30 PM – Campfire Gathering
Karaoke, cozy conversations, stories, and sharing moments.
9:00 PM – Group Dinner
10:30 PM – Trip Closing
11:00 PM – Farewell

Important Notes:
- Bring a valid ID (National ID / Iqama / Passport) to enter the reserve
- Wear comfortable shoes
- Schedule may change depending on weather conditions
- Participants may be excluded for violating public etiquette, using or carrying prohibited materials, or endangering the safety of the trip or participants
- Staying at the camp after the trip ends is not allowed
- Children are not permitted

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• If a trip cancellation request is made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled departure date, the cancellation shall be accepted and the full amount paid shall be refunded without any fees.
• If a trip cancellation request is made more than three (3) days and up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled departure date, the cancellation shall be accepted and the amount paid shall be converted into a credit that may be used for future trips within the same season.
• If a trip cancellation request is made less than three (3) days prior to the scheduled departure date, a penalty of one hundred percent (100%) of the trip value shall apply, and no refund or compensation shall be due.
• If the trip is canceled by the organizing entity (Storm Adventures for Tourism) for operational reasons, the full amount paid shall be refunded to the participant.
• If the trip is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, official decisions, or force majeure, the participant shall be contacted promptly and given the option of rescheduling for a similar trip or service or receiving a full refund, with no further obligation.
• This cancellation and refund policy applies to all participants, whether participation is paid, unpaid, or by invitation, and no rights shall arise beyond what is expressly stated herein.
