3:30 PM – Welcome & Hospitality at the Camp
Participant arrival, warm welcome, and an introduction to the trip atmosphere.
4:00 PM – Hiking & Nature Adventure
Guided hike and exploration of the surrounding natural landscape.
5:15 PM – Heading back to the Camp
Offering water, and warm beverage while resting
6:30 PM – Group Games & Social Activities
Fun group games, board games, and a relaxed social gathering.
8:00 PM – Campfire Stories & Social Night
A cozy campfire session with conversations, sharing moments, and karaoke.
9:30 PM – Group Dinner
10:00 PM – Board Games
11:00 PM – Trip Closing & Departure

Important Notes
- A valid ID is required (National ID / Iqama / Passport) to enter the reserve
- Comfortable shoes are recommended
- Schedule may change depending on weather conditions
- Participants may be excluded for violating public decency, carrying or using prohibited substances, or endangering the safety of the trip or others
- Staying at the camp after the trip ends is not allowed
- Children are not permitted

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• If a trip cancellation request is made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled departure date, the cancellation shall be accepted and the full amount paid shall be refunded without any fees.
• If a trip cancellation request is made more than three (3) days and up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled departure date, the cancellation shall be accepted and the amount paid shall be converted into a credit that may be used for future trips within the same season.
• If a trip cancellation request is made less than three (3) days prior to the scheduled departure date, a penalty of one hundred percent (100%) of the trip value shall apply, and no refund or compensation shall be due.
• If the trip is canceled by the organizing entity (Storm Adventures for Tourism) for operational reasons, the full amount paid shall be refunded to the participant.
• If the trip is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, official decisions, or force majeure, the participant shall be contacted promptly and given the option of rescheduling for a similar trip or service or receiving a full refund, with no further obligation.
• This cancellation and refund policy applies to all participants, whether participation is paid, unpaid, or by invitation, and no rights shall arise beyond what is expressly stated herein.
