- Strictly no prohibited items allowed. Violators will be immediately dismissed
- No outside food or drinks are allowed
- Hookahs (shisha) are strictly prohibited
- Any behavior that endangers others will result in immediate removal
- Please be punctual to ensure a smooth and organized experience
- After 8:30 PM, late arrivals will not be accepted due to event logistics
- Be ready for potential weather changes.
- Violations of public decency or safety protocols may result in immediate exclusion.
- Comfortable, culturally appropriate clothing.
- Respect the program schedule and departure times for an optimal experience.
Cancellation Policy
By the Customer:
- 7+ days before the trip: Full refund.
- 3–7 days before the trip: Credit for future trips in the same season.
- Less than 3 days before the trip: Full cancellation fee applies.
By the Organizer (STORM ADVENTURE):
- Full refunds for cancellations by the organizer.
- For uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather or natural disasters, customers will be offered a similar service or a full refund.
