Cancellation Policy

By the Customer:

• 7+ days before the trip: Full refund.
• 3–7 days before the trip: Credit for future trips in the same season.
• Less than 3 days before the trip: Full cancellation fee applies.

By the Organizer (STORM ADVENTURE):

• Full refunds for cancellations by the organizer.
• For uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather or natural disasters, customers will be offered a similar service or a full refund.
