Return policy

Cancellation by the customer:

• More than (120) hours before the trip start: free cancellation, no charge.

• More than (48) hours and less than (120) hours before the trip: 25% fine per person, 75% credited toward future trips.

• More than (24) hours and less than (48) hours before the trip: 50% fine per person, 50% credited toward future trips.

• Less than (24) hours before the trip: 75% fine per person, 25% credited toward future trips.

Cancellation by the organizer (Team Tempest):

• If canceled by the organizer, full refund to the customer.

• If canceled due to reasons beyond control (weather, natural disasters), an equivalent service or full refund will be offered.
