Cancellation Policy
By the Customer:
- 7+ days before the trip: Full refund.
- 3–7 days before the trip: Credit for future trips in the same season.
- Less than 3 days before the trip: Full cancellation fee applies.
By the Organizer (STORM ADVENTURE):
- Full refunds for cancellations by the organizer.
- For uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather or natural disasters, customers will be offered a similar service or a full refund.
